Homemade hand print jigsaws

Quick and easy Halloween fun that you can repeat with different paintings and drawings! Draw your web first and handprint over the top. Turn the jigsaw around 180 degrees and print again. Find the blank jigsaws in all good craft shops.

Roll up Roll up ... in 7 months!

This is how life works in our house. We start getting excited about birthdays 7 months in advance. Big boy has decided that next May he will be having a circus party. It's like all my dreams came true! A pinterest addict's dream party theme!

It may sound ridiculous to some, to be thinking about next year, but when you have a brother in the States with a shipping address for Amazon and eBay .com and other lovely US stores you have to think ahead! I will hopefully get to visit him and his wife once before big boy's party so can bring a suitcase full of circus goodies home, that I just can't source in the UK.

Here are some of my favourite US and UK ideas!

My brother very kindly snapped up these vintage playing cards for me from Etsy last night, I want to make bunting with them! I love the idea of a photo booth and fancy dress box for the children! You could use a roll of wallpaper for the back drop and use your photo editing skills to paint in the side colours instead of worrying how to make an actual booth.

Check out my birthday parties pinterest board for more ideas!
