I wanted to share something from Sammy’s room, my favourite picture on his wall in fact. If ever I feel overwhelmed and at the point of tears because I forgot to start the tumble dryer and now have a back log of 3 loads of soaking washing on a wet day I just look at these photos!

If anyone is planning to be brave and take their little ones abroad this year you need that all important but almost impossible to get passport photograph! I strongly recommend not going to one of the High Street stores who will do it for you because the comedy you will miss out on is priceless!

These are a sample out of about 100 photographs I must have taken! My favourite is the “mid sneeze”!

the key to happy hair

I vaguely managed to keep myself up together when Sammy was born but since Oliver arrived I seem to have exactly 4 minutes to get showered and dressed before the pandemonium of the day starts! I used to blow dry my hair lovingly everyday but now I have collected a basket of clips and an array of head bands in the hope that I pass as a mother in control on the preschool run! I keep mine on this old key rack!
