DIY Danish Pastries
Yes, this is yet another heart shaped post and yes it's using ready to roll pastry.
I promise it's the last one for 364 days ;)
But it's delicious so what's there not to love?!
Cut heart shapes from ready to roll puff pastry, layer up your fillings, bake in the oven on a medium heat for 10 minutes and poof - beautiful puffy danish.
I just used some icing sugar and water for the drizzle on the top. You want to make it to a consistency that's runny enough to drizzle, thick enough to hold it's shape.
Some of mine were better than others, but after one bite who cares?!
Now go forth and eat!
